Our Massage Therapists  

Heather Denbow RMT

Heather started in our office in July 2001 after graduating from The Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 1998.  Heather provides a variety of treatment options.  She has studied and is certified in Reiki, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), cupping therapy and Spider Tech Taping techniques.

Crystal Dunning RMT, C.A.C

Crystal graduated in 2002 from Western College of remedial Massage Therapy in Regina Saskatchewan.  She also studied clinical acupuncture and has a Diploma of Acupuncture.  She also provides a variety of treatment options including Cupping Therapy, deep tissue massage, sport therapy massage, and pregnancy massage. Crystal is currently away on maternity leave after the birth of her new beautiful baby girl.

Nick Noonan-Robinson RMT Bkin, CAT(C)

 Nicholas graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a major in Athletic Therapy. Shortly after completing his Kinesiology degree, Nick returned to school and graduated from the Evolve college of Massage Therapy. Nicholas has gained experience through working with Hockey Manitoba, The University of Manitoba Volleyball team and the Manitoba Moose Hockey Club. Nicholas has also volunteered his time to work as a therapist at the Manitoba Winter Games and the Canada Summer Games. Nicholas combines his Athletic Therapy and Massage Therapy skills to provide a unique treatment style that utilizes both manual and exercised based therapy. Nicholas works in our Neepawa clinic Monday - Thursday, and work at our Minnedosa clinic on Fridays.

Crystal Zarn RMT

Crystal graduated in 2017 from Wellington College of Remedial Massage, after completing Holistic Restorative Massage in 2015. After a 5 year hiatus from massage, she continued to complete her RMT diploma at Prairie Collage of Massage Therapy in July of 2022. She worked at the Elkhorn resort in Riding Mountain National Park before joining our team at Keeping You Active. Crystal has 3 kids with her partner. She loves yoga and a variety of different clients. "No one is too young or too old to benefit from massage therapy"

Shae-Lynn Boyce is a registered massage therapist through Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. She graduated from The Western College Of Remedial Massage Therapy in June 2020 in Regina Saskatchewan.  She offers deep tissue therapeutic massage as well as myofascial cupping, hot jade stones and of course, relaxation! She is excited to further her knowledge with continuing education assisting clients to achieve their wellness goals.
